Retro

A concatenative, stack-based programming language with roots in Forth.


This is a port of the Retro language and virtual machine for Android based devices.

Downloads

Retro is available on the Android Market.

If you do not have access to the market, you can also download the retro.apk for an offline or over-the-air install.

Source code is now in the repository. A snapshot of the current code is also available..

Technology

This implementation is written in JavaScript, using the PhoneGap framework.

The included image has the entire core language and most of the optional vocabularies.


The current version is 2.1.0, which uses the 11.2 image and
VM from 2012.01.15.
